What you will do

In four short modules you will define a venture idea, test it with a Market Validation Advisor agent, build your own AI teammate, and sketch the next agents your venture team would need.

  1. Define Your Venture: write a testable hypothesis and connect your tracking workspace.
  2. Work With Your Market Validation Advisor: have a captured conversation with Vivian Marchetti and separate assumptions from evidence.
  3. Build Your Venture Agent: choose a role, write a ten-section agent file, test it, revise it, and download it.
  4. Your AI Venture Team: turn your dossier into a blueprint for the next ninety days of agent-supported venture work.

Where this course sits

This course treats venture building as a workflow problem, not a brainstorming exercise. You will practice what researchers and product teams now call agential AI: named collaborators with role boundaries, venture-specific context, and a provenance trail of how decisions were made. Charter Oak modules map to that stack: evidence (Module 1), external expert agents (Module 2), your own venture agent (Module 3), and a future venture team pattern (Module 4).
